Michael Brodsky is the Founder and CEO of The Goldstar Group. Mr. Brodsky has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial equity and debt investment. At Goldstar, Mr. Brodsky is responsible for the oversight of the investment on behalf of its limited partner funds, as well as all aspects of operating the current business platform. Prior to founding The Goldstar Group in 1995, Mr. Brodsky held various positions at The Yarmouth Group, Citicorp and National Housing Partnership. Mr. Brodsky is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Clifford Mendelson

Mr. Mendelson brings more than 20 years of Capital Markets experience to Goldstar with the formation of Metropolis Capital Finance. From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Mendelson was Senior Managing Director of Tranwestern’s Structured Finance Group, where he engineered the financing of more than $3 billion of transactions including senior loans, equity participations, mezzanine financing and joint ventures. Mr. Mendelson is a graduate of Syracuse University and is an instructor for Georgetown University’s Masters in Real Estate program.
Michael Hillman

Mr. Hillman has 15 years of commercial real estate experience focused in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He has specialized in structured real estate finance and acquisitions since 1998 and previously held positions with Boston Properties, Akridge and Lerner Enterprises. He began his career in real estate as a broker with Studley concentrating on tenant representation. Mr. Hillman is a graduate of Babson College.

Mr. May has 13 years of diverse commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisitions, development and advisory services. Prior to joining the Goldstar Group, Mr. May was a founder and principal of Urban Realty Advisors, a small real estate investment and advisory firm in Washington, DC. Before founding Urban Realty Advisors, Mr. May held positions with Concord Partners, GE Capital, and Clark Realty Capital. Mr. May is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland and holds an M.B.A from The George Washington University.
Albert Missirlian

Mr. Missirlian has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, focused mainly on commercial real estate financing in addition to investment sales and leasing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. As a member of Metropolis Capital Finance, Mr. Missirlian specializes in first mortgage originations, strategic marketing, underwriting, and due diligence. Prior to joining Metropolis Capital Finance, Mr. Missirlian held positions with Transwestern and CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Missirlian is a graduate of George Mason University.
