Size: 75,000 SF A multifaceted project, principals of Goldstar Advisors first served as broker and advisor to Aronson in defining the space need and securing the real estate. Thereafter Goldstar principals served as project manager for all aspects of the tenant improvement project including team selection, design, permitting, construction and relocation. Construction was completed on schedule and under the $7.2 million budget.

Principals of Goldstar Advisors have managed numerous projects both locally and nationally for SEIU, one of the largest unions in the country. Currently, we are providing advisory and project management services related to real estate dispositions, acquisitions and improvement projects in Los Angeles, CA, Oakland, CA and Redford, MI totaling in excess of 200,000 SF.
Size: 120,000 SF, 92 Condominium Units, and71 Underground Parking Spaces
Goldstar Advisors’ principals managed all aspects of the development process for this award-winning project including: site acquisition, entitlements (including historic review and approval), design, permitting, construction, marketing and sales. This project was complex from a design and construction standpoint as it involved three different buildings, an underground parking garage, the historic renovation of a 1904 school structure, and a green plaza built over a portion of the below-grade parking. The project has won seven design awards locally and nationally.
